Delivery & Returns
Our shipping process is designed to be cost-effective, with all orders shipped by Royal Mail or EVRI, the choice is yours at checkout.
We usually dispatch orders on the same or next working day, depending on the time of your purchase. However, please allow 1-3 working days for processing, in case of a high volume of orders. The shipping option you select at checkout refers to the courier's delivery time and does not include our processing time to create and prepare your order.
Working days are Mon-Fri and weekends and bank holidays are not counted as a working day for couriers or ourselves.
Please Note : The timescale for the shipping service you choose is after our processing times listed above, so if you choose Tracked 24 for example, we will aim to dispatch it within 1-3 working days and it would then be the 24 hours for Royal Mail once they have it from us, not from when the order is placed.
If your order is urgent, we recommend messaging us on Facebook for the fastest response to ask if we are able to meet your requirement for delivery timescales before placing your order.
Important Information Regarding Shipping Addresses:
Kindly take note of the following: In the event that an inaccurate or incomplete address is provided when placing your order and subsequently results in the courier's inability to effect delivery, the courier will retain the parcel for a maximum of 18 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued to you, which covers the product costs but excludes the initial shipping fees and any return fees from the courier we incurred.
Evri Shipping Notice
Please be aware that Evri tracked shipping is only available for mainland postcodes. If you select Evri and your postcode is in any of the below regions, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class without tracking. This is due to Evri's higher costs for these regions. As a result, we won’t be able to assist with any delivery issues, loss or delays for those shipments as you have not paid for the correct tracked shipping. If we accidently ship it with Evri they do take 7-10 working days for these regions.
To ensure your order is shipped correctly, please choose the appropriate shipping option for your postcode: either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 if you are in the below postcodes.

Please be aware that during peak times such as bank holidays or strikes, delays may occur with Royal Mail due to factors beyond our control. We have been advised to account for potential delays during these times ranging from 3-10 working days with Royal Mail and sometimes longer.
Exchanges (Including if you have ordered the wrong size)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
We will not accept responsibility for additional taxes, import duties, customs charges etc that may be incurred when shipping outside of the UK - these, should they arise, are payable by the customer.
